This one week course covers the standard procedures used in Hotels and teaches you the following functions on Opera V5 • Understanding the role of a Hotel Receptionist • Welcoming Guests • Introduction to Hotel Account • Reservation Procedures • Client Complaint Handling • Sales and Marketing • Booking Procedures • Check-In • Check-Out • Booking over the phone • Walk-In • Traces Ideal for those wanting to start a career in Hospitality as a Hotel Receptionist. • Routings • Billings – Guest, Company and Travel Agents • Rebates • Paid-Outs • Currency Exchange Property Management System is used at the reception area of Hotels to complete procedures such as: • Check-ins, • Check-outs, • Checking for availability, • Sorting rates, • Reading rate grids, • Exchanging foreign currency and many more functions. In co-operation with leading UK hotel chains, Reception Academy has now created a one week Opera PMS training course. We will make sure that, during this 5 day practical training course, you learn relevant techniques that will, ultimately, help you find rewarding employment in high standard Hotels. -Course Times and Table and Benefits: Weekday courses : Monday – Friday 7.30am - 11.30am – 12.00 to 16.00 – 16.30 to 20.30 each weekday -1 Week course, including theory and lots of practical training -4 full hours every day with short tea breaks, making the most out of the training time Working front of house in Hotels of 4* and above Employment in Hotels Reception Academy Certificate for Hotel Procedures & Opera.
